1. day/ Arrival to Budapest, in the
afternoon sightseeing tour: Buda Castle
District (Matthias Church, Fishermen’s Bastion, Royal Palace), Parliament, Heroes
Square (Millenium Memorial, World Heritage site), City Park, St. Stephen’s
Cathedral (The Holy Right). Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in Budapest,
Mercure

2. day/ After breakfast departure
to Hollókő (100 km). Hollókő is a ’Palóc’
ethnographicvillage
in Hungary,
part of UNESCO World Heritage sites. Sightseeing by walk: Old village, Ethnographic
Museum, Doll Museum, Catholic Church. If
you want you can walk to see the forest of Hollokő. Afternoon coaching to Gödöllő (72 km). The palace at Gödöllő was originally built for the
aristocratic Grassalkovich family, later Franz Josef, Emperor of Austria
and King of Hungary and his wife Elisabeth ("Sisi") had their
summer residence here. Visit of Grassalkovich Castle. Departure to Domonyvölgy (10 km), on
Lázár
Farm horse show and dinner with Hungarian gipsy music. Return to Budapest (28 km), overnight in Budapest.

day/ After
breakfast departure to Szentendre (20
km), the city of art and museums. Sightseeing by walk: Old City, Kovács Margit’s
Pottery Museum, Marzipan Museum, Caprice Jewel Manufactory, walking in the
inner city. Afternoon return to Budapest
(20 km), dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in Budapest.
4. day/ Breakfast and departure home.
